I just had a very annoying conversation with a brand engagement manager who told me to keep mentioning it during regular service intervals.

I bedded the brakes very early on. It was squeal free until just under 3,000 miles. It comes and goes, but it is louder and more annoying now. It only happens when I am backing out of a parking space.

Dealership took the vehicle for another drive and couldn't replicate the noise. They did on a test drive with me, but they couldn't make it squeal again, so they opened a ticket with Toyota to document the noise. There's no service bulletin at the moment, so they don't have a solution.

I did. I called the Toyota Customer Service number and they cleared it while I was on the phone.

I took my vehicle in today. I went out with the foreman, and the brakes squealed after a short effort to replicate the noise. They're going to research the problem and open a case with Toyota.

I just had this come up yesterday when I was backing out of a parking space.

The salesman I bought my LC from sent me one in Trail Dust to match my ride through the mail a few weeks after I took delivery. I thought it was really thoughtful.
