Thanks… my q5 gets me 16.5-17 mpg on average. So for me getting close to 20 while getting a bigger car is a win. If I could average around 21-22 I’d say it’s a huge success, 19-20 I’d take as win, 17-18 we call it a push.

Do we know for sure if the headlights are interchangeable down the road? Seems like they would be. I keep going back and forth between which ones I like better and right now I’m on team round but have rectangular reserved. Outside of the headlights (and fe embossing on doors) I don’t need any...

Appreciate that insight and agreed it might not look great if the texture is different. We will see if the plastics bother me long term or if it’s just something I focus on in pictures now when I that’s all I have to look at vs actually driving and enjoying the car!

Thanks yes this makes sense. I live 3 miles from ocean and only plan to do the window trick when I’m cruising solo to surf and don’t want to fuss around with strapping the boards on top or moving seats around. Longer rides I’ll strap to roof rails or keep in the car (with seats down)…. Thanks!

Don’t think you can partially open glass and put a surfboard out the back if you drive slow? I see folks with shells for trucks doing that a lot around San Diego, was hoping I could do the same with the pop out glass of the LC.

Would it be easy to paint some of the plastic lining (wheel fender, parts of front and rear bumper) to body color? I don’t love the chunky plastic look at the edges of the front and rear bumper and would love to paint them body color (meteor shower)… what’re your thoughts?

I just reserved an allocation - had zero say in any of it except that the dealer I was working with got allocated a meteor shower LC trim with premium package & black interior. I wanted all of that except preferred Java to black; but hey beggars can’t be choosers

Would love a Java interior but they are hard to come by here in socal and I think I’ve found of the only msrp dealers around & they don’t have an LC trim with Java interior.

Agree… was texted about a 1958 that was available for purchase in Southern California this morning. Sales guy said LC trim and FEs are hold, but 1958 are free to be sold. Has to be the sunroof

Anyone with a new lc250 put car seats in the back row and if so, how’s the room? Saw a post on Reddit complaining about getting car seats in the 2nd row of a GX luxury trim. I’ve been in the back row of an LC and thought it’d be fine, but curious if anyone has real world experience. Thanks!
