    17 inch Genuine Toyota Steelies

My pleasure Doomed! I think we have pretty much the same concept đź‘Ť I even tried to find the non painted outside door handles but I had no luck so I removed them and painted so they look like texture black! Piano black door handles stood out too much and not suitable for bushwhacking. My next...

    17 inch Genuine Toyota Steelies

I was able to downsize my wheels to 17 inch without any issues! It’s very tight especially in the rear but, the rear calipers aren’t interfering and turning freely. I always think the base trim Land Cruisers sold outside of North America are so cool! I grew up in outskirts of Tokyo and my place...

    Poor man’s DIY mods

It’s pretty easy. Just take measurements of the opening and cut the lens. I used the amber lens cover for light bars. Only CAD$7 each! You can either drill holes and secure them with the screws or use some type of sealant like silicone or RTV. I personally think it’s better without sealing...

    Poor man’s DIY mods

Hello LC people, I always prefer amber colored fog lights . I’m an avid adventurer bike rider and my Rigid amber fog lights on my bike work so well for thick fog in Castle Rock, OR or moon dust in Baja. For my LC, I’ve decided to stick with the original fog lights with DIY covers for a bit...

Hi kobyneal, I think these plastic pieces are for better aerodynamics and contribute to fuel economy. Front shocks, struts and axles get less splash maybe. If you live in the area uses a lot of salt, they might work In the long run. For me nah I don’t need them

Thanks TumaloCruzer! Glad to hear that you successfully downsized to 17” without any issues. It was a gamble for me. Pretty excited to put some parts to make it Baja ready! Cheers,

    Greetings from Vancouver, Canada

Hello internet world! Just took delivery of my 1958 from the yota dealer in Western Canada. I removed all the plastic pieces under the front bumper and a cover for the hitch receiver. Got a set of BF Goodrich (255/75R17) and waiting for a set or steelies to arrive. I hope I will successfully...
