Grills in rear area

I was looking for the speaker placements in my first edition and I ran across these grills in the rear storage area and I was wondering if anybody knows what they are for. There are two in the rear and one just to the side of the rear seat on the passenger side. See attached photos.

I believe they are the hybrid battery vents for cooling.

The two small ones are the "lower" air vents for the 2nd and "3rd row" seats.

My gut is that the big one is the hybrid battery exhaust vent. The two hybrid battery intake vents are facing the front next to 2nd row seats.
