What's up everyone. I have Baja Designs Pods (amber) on my Jeep and really like them. My plan for my 1958 is for driver/ combo amber pods on the pillars and an amber light bar inside the lower mesh grill.

As much as I live Baja Designs, what is a comparable product? Baja Designs is expensive for a reason, great build quality. Just looking at my options.

I've also been looking for an easy to install light switch panel. Any recommendations?

TIA

I am going with Diode Dyanmics... 8 year warranty! Auxbeam has cheaper but only a 2 year warranty.

I decided to us Baja Designs lights with an Auxbeam switch panel.
Have any install pics?

I don't have my LC yet, on both my FJs I've had driving lights I can use on rural highways and backroads. I'll probably end up wanting the same on the LC. I've been thinking Diode Dynamics since they have street legal driving light patterns.

I have the pods already, waiting for Auxbeam panel to show up. Plenty of Youtube videos showing installation process.

I'll jump right in and say I'm going with the Amazon specials. I had a 42" light bar on my 200 series for 4 years with ZERO issues that cost me $85. Was bright, never failed, never rusted, never fogged up and I was never worried about a tree branch trashing my $1500+ light bar from Rigid or Baja. Also, I'm honestly a little worried about the Rigid fog lights that came with the truck. If a rock hits one of those and I have to replace it, they are going to be even more expensive than a normal OEM light.

I would looks at the Morimoto Banger lineup.
Baja/Diode is great, but dated LED tech - the output on any size in the HXB option is insane.
There's also options to combine pods into lightbars - Lifetime warranty to boot.

Just installed the 20" baja designs bar in the lower front grille.

I went with the Diode Dynamics 18 inch light bar. The bracket that it comes with installs onto the bar. First pic is without the light bar and you can see how much farther I can see with it on.

Also have Diode SCC1s as chase/camping lights. The pic in my garage is in a pitch black garage with lights on high. There is a low setting also.
