Yes, I have had those disabled for the bulk of my time with the LC so far. It addresses the problem, it does not solve the problem. I am reminded of it every single time I turn it on and have to hit the return button to actually see my dash. In my opinion, Toyota could have thought through the use case of a bike rack ahead of time.

Power Running Boards/Steps

YES! We are up in our years, and power running boards would be great. Ironically, available on the GX Luxury+ and on the new 4Runner Limited and Platinum. So, easily implemented, but sadly not offered, even on the 2025.

They certainly could have. Not holding my breath for them to fix (m)any of the software oddities, as many seem intentional.

For me, they are a definite "No". I would never want those on an off-road vehicle, but if you're not doing much off-roading, it makes sense.
