I would really like to purchase these tires for my ‘24 LC primarily as I am a big fan of the Wildpeaks and because they are the only ones in either the 275 or 285 sizes with a C rating. I was wondering if anyone has been able to fits the spare underneath with minor modification as necessary. I would mount the tire deflated as I always carry a pump on board but not sure how much that would help.

I'd like to know too. So far the only folks I've found who have mounted 285/70R18's have not tried to put them in the spare location. 275/70R18 Ko3's fit but it's tight.

Maybe I'm mis-reading your post but I don't see the 275 in C, only E.

You’re correct, that’s why I’m interested in the 285/70R/18, it’s got a C rating. I also read about the 275/70R/18 “barely fitting” into the spare spot. The KO3 in that size has a 33.2 diameter and the WP AT4W has a 33.42 diameter so I just may need to go with that as the 285s have a 34” diameter.

I'm looking into the KO3s in 285/70/17 in a C rating which is a diameter of 32.8" and has been noted on other threads as fitting in the spare spot. Albeit it may decrease your rear ground clearance. I know 17" wheels are less than ideal but several members and Westcott have shown that they clear the calipers with mm to spare lol. I don't plan on doing any crazy rock crawling so I think i'm going to try the 17's.
