What have you done with your Land Cruiser today? Where did it take you? Post your photos! Consider this a short form trip report thread.

We drove ours around Volcanic Tablelands in the Owen’s Valley. It looked like the road went off a cliff here so I walked ahead and took this on the way back.

Getting ready for a week off road in the LC. Installed RCI rear shock mount skids…just looked to vulnerable back there. Easy install. Plan on some more heavy duty shocks at some point soon so hopefully it’s all compatible. Easy install but do have to take wheels off. Added a nice coat of Fluid Film while while I had wheels off. I like those, I’ve thought about doing front and back. But…this is the done WITH thread, I think you want the done TO thread. But please post some off road photos once you’re doing that!

(Technically yesterday) Visited Crowley Lake which has some unique beaches. A BMW SUV was following but gave up at the steep drop and rise.

The beach:

BMW quit following when we came to this. Photos never show how steep something really is, we got near 30 degrees avoiding the washed out bits.
