đź‘‹ Welcome to the new Land Cruiser Forum - Please post an introduction thread!

Hi everyone đź‘‹

My name is Cody and I purchased a 2025 LC base in underground in March. It’s my first Land Cruiser but I have always been a huge fan. My first truck was a 1983 Toyota pickup (22r), then a 2010 V6 rav4, then a 2024 4Runner ORP and now finally this Land Cruiser. The old truck is what really made me a Toyota fan. Haven’t looked back since.

I have been on this site for a while but just decided to make an account and get a little active. I admire all the knowledge that everyone has here and will definitely use it.

I live in Salt Lake City and love to Ski, climb indoors, and spend time with family and dogs.

Here is a pic of my LC. It’s wrapped in the matte PPF. I also have put on an ARB base rack and a darche 180 degree awning. I’ll take some updated pictures here in a bit, but this is it before all that.

Looking forward to being apart of this forum!

Hi, I’m Chris. Today I decided to go test drive the LC and new T4R. The LC was the winner.

Here a pic of my old Tacoma that I used to do some pretty cool stuff in. I probably won’t modify the LC as much but it won’t stay stock either. Leather seats will be installed in the next week or 2 then on to wheels and tires. We’ll see what happens after that. I may go with a mild lift next.

Hi everyone, new 1958 here, coming from a 200 series, very happy so far. Added leather, KO3s, clear bra, front window tint, and OEM skids. Look forward to lots of adventures in Colorado with this new LC.

What size KO3s did you go with?

Well after months of waiting and being on a list. It finally came. I am super excited to start exploring all the back roads of the SW. I am coming from a prius and am sad to be selling it but it doesn’t make sense in owning two vehicles. Will never forget passing stuck jeeps in my little prius. If the LC is anything like the prius as far as reliability and dependability I will be happy. Though I am not happy with the leather seats as the dogs have made holes in the back already. Other than that been getting 22 to 24 mpgs in high altitude hilly region. Cheers.

Picked up the 1958 in December. Love her so much. Mods:

- 285/75r17 Toyo AT3 on Method 703s (stock suspension)
- 15% tint sides/50% windshield

Need some running boards, leveling kit, and amber fog lights for front bumper installed.

Hello everyone! I finally got my first brand new vehicle. I decided to go with a Land Cruiser. I'm not the most familiar with them, but after some playing around on Reddit I did notice that many people seem to look down on the newer Land Cruisers. The name Prado is sort of considered an insult by many and I believe that is what mine is. I got the top level trim with the JBL system. I'm working on making him unique. I named mine Lazarus (a moniker I've used in gaming for many years). I have tint added and am working on adding other features to make him more unique. This is an amazing ride and I've had fun in the 3 weeks I've owned it so far. Thanks for having me and I look forward to chatting about our rides on here!
