total estimated distance/fuel economy gauge broken

Hi,

My total estimated distance/fuel economy gauge is broken.

I filled it up to a full tank, usually get ~265miles/tank. I've driven 80 miles and its still showing 255 and full bars - has anyone experienced this issue or know how to reset it?

It’s been mentioned before. When Miss Daisy was new, for the first few fill ups, the estimated distance to empty was about 310 to 320 miles. As I drove Miss Daisy more, and. My fuel economy rose to 24-26 mpg, the estimated distance to empty also steadily rose. Now with each fill up, the distance to empty is usually 350 to 375 miles.

I'm confused, what does this have to do with my distance to empty gauge being broken? Are you calling your LC Daisy?

I've driven nearly 100 miles and my distance to empty gauge has remained full for multiple trips - its not lowering at all, when I should be at 1/2 or 1/3 of a tank. Wondering if anyone has experienced this before.

Yes. Miss Daisy is our Heritage Blue LCFE.

Our LC is called, "Mommy " because it's always telling you to keep your eyes on the road. We have since turned off that function.
