Top 5 LC Modifications/Accessories

Hello all!

I’m picking up my new LC (base trim in Underground) on Saturday. This forum has been an amazing tool for me. Thank you to everyone for posting such helpful information! I’ve done lots of research and am excited about getting started with my modifications/accessories.

Given a budget of $5k-10k (US dollars), what are your top 5 modifications/accessories? I’ve got mine picked out, but curious to see what other owners have prioritized.

Here are mine:

1. Wheels/Lift/Tires - TRD Pro wheels (18x8, +45 offset), 2.5 inch Westcott collar lift, Toyo Open Country A/T III 285/70R18

2. Rock sliders and skids - CBI sliders with steel OEM Toyota skids (front/transmission/rear diff)

3. Window tints and marker lights - ceramic tints on front passenger, front driver, and windshield. Sticker fab amber marker lights on front grille (just because I think they look cool)

4. Victory 4x4 3/4 length roof rack

5. Exterior ceramic coating

I was the same way. I had a bunch of parts (lift) and small mods ready and waiting.

1-The tires/lift -wescott and 285/75/r18
2- roof and a-pillars wrapped in satin black (ice cap LC)
3- want a grill light bar amber

Mine already had roof rack/cross bars and predator steps, so I was good there.

Then a bunch of little stuff like floor mats, emblems, red accented tow hitch and recovery points, heritage wheel caps, credit card key, etc.
