No response to emails.
No response to orders ETA.
Weeks In limbo.
Going to cancel my mud flaps order, tired of the low tech, low everything experience.
This is yet another bad experience with these folks. Not going back.
Requested cancellation and refund on the mud flaps.
This might get interesting, or not.

ill be a month in a couple days with no updates after asking in email and nothing, same old same old.
They are a start up clearly, maybe not there full time, who knows, but i'm finished giving them a chance to perform.

I also ordered a set. But, I understood when I placed the order that it would take some time to get the JDM flaps from Japan. I guess I'm expecting to see them in the next week or two?

At one time I thought StickerFab posted that the initial batch of JDM mudguards had shipped from Japan (along with a tracking number.) I don't see that post now, but whatever was attached to that tracking number has been delivered somewhere. I can no longer find that post, so???

Yeah, I had some issues with them myself. At the end of it all, I did get what I ordered, just not at all quickly. I had to return something and that was a bit of a process. I'm spoiled by Amazon ordering so maybe that's the case. I'll stick with fast and easy over saving a buck or two.

I ordered the premium horn from them and took about 3 weeks to get to me. It's installed now thanks to the fabs very helpful install video.

I ordered hood struts in the same order as the horns. It took a few weeks longer than the horns to get here because it was coming from overseas. Again very helpful video although the struts' nuts and washers were improved from the video so it took me a second from thinking the order is missing pieces to realizing what I have is better than what was shown in the stickerfab video.

I ordered a few other random things. Like the clip removal tools. Some visor warning blockers. The backseat cargo side cover etc.

I got everything and it all worked out nicely and their videos have been very helpful.

I'm in Texas and marketing is not my forte whatsoever.
You guys gotta understand if something is coming from Japan, regardless of the distributor, your expectation should be at least 3 months if not 6. The fact the hood struts got here in 4-5 weeks was a nice surprise.

I ordered some Jaos wheels from nengun on Christmas Day, thinking I'll have me a nice Christmas present in a few weeks. Nope the wheels will be here in May. So if you order anything coming from Japan from any distributor you gotta set your expectations accordingly.

It's bullshit but is what is. We waited for the new LC for a half decade what's a couple of months.

I have had great luck working with them, I found a good way to communicate is with a DM in Instagram.

I had a similar experience, and the packaging material was laughable. I didn't return anything and just ate the cost.

FYI - Sticker Fab posted on here that they ordered the first set on February 10, for the 5 orders that were placed. They then are being โ€œgatheredโ€ in Japan by their partner and need to be shipped to the US. I assume they are buying them from the dealer and depending on stock, that might take some time. If you are getting them cut, then that needs to be done too. Depending on how they ship, it can take weeks or months to get stuff from Japan from my prior experience. There were 3 orders, mine was one of them, after February 10 that were being held until there were presumably 5 or more, to make it worthwhile to submit another order to their source in Japan. I knew it was going to take a long time to get when I placed the order. Iโ€™d expect mid-March for pre-February 10 orders at the earliest and mid-April at the earliest for post-February 10 orders.

StickerFab posted that he had eight sets of mudflaps on order and had shipped from Japan. He also provided tracking information. I can no longer find this post, but I did keep the tracking information until they had arrived at their destination earlier this week.

Who's kidding who here:
Cancellations

While we respect your right to make cancellations, there are a couple of things we ask you to consider. Our fulfillment team is not our support team. If they reach your order before we can read your cancellation request it may be impossible to cancel the order. At that point you must refer to the returns policy.

Credit card processors (including Shopify and Paypal) have recently made changes where they will not refund credit card transaction fees even when you offer a full refund. For this reason, if you make a cancellation at no fault to us, we ask that you pay these fees. Along with the labor required to cancel your order, we will never get back the fees that were charged to us.

Second request with no response.
Cancel the mud flaps order and refund.
This needs to happen very soon to avoid more serious actions.

I think Nengun could be giving you the run around.. From what I understand JAOS wheels are made by Enkei and are sold in JDM Toyota dealerships as well as some other aftermarket suppliers. They are built to stock so dealers can install them at delivery time, and are not built to order like a lot of the other big JDM wheel brands. An importer I had contacted some months ago (RHD Japan) indicated to me their suppliers in Japan could not get JAOS wheels and declined to quote me. I ended up getting Bradley Vs instead from a local distributor for about the same price and it took about 2.5 months because they shipped them on a boat to save air freight$$.

FYI I just got a shipping notice for the ones I ordered on February 10th. Thatโ€™s really fast coming from Japan and being cut once received.

People are receiving their Jaos tribe wheels from there. Even Jaos' website has the same timeline as what nenguns saying. We shall see what happens by late April.

Hmm I think I saw someone on a Japanese tuner video mention that the JAOS wheels would be exclusive to Toyota dealerships for a while so that does make sense.
