I got yet another "missing" part for my LC. They said that it was meant to be delivered with the vehicle, so picked it up at dealership free of cost.
I was just contemplating getting a waterproof tray to hold snow gear, but just as I was thinking about that this had arrived. It fits really well - I can't imagine a non-OEM fitting better. The parts on the seatback are velcro, so really nice fit and suits me perfectly for winter. There is a velcro on the main tray to reduce sliding. Holes for the attachment points on the tray and seat backs.

Surprising part: Made in Canada. I did a quick search and didn't find it online, but looks like it may be MSRP near $160 based on similar products out there.
