Where in Borrego was your picture taken. I live in San Diego and go there on occasion. I'm a newbie and do some light off-roading.

Would love to learn more about your compressor set up. I'll be mostly desert and local mountains guy, with the occasional foray into Idaho to see my brother. Thanks again to the Admins for setting up these regional group forums. Calling all SoCal Land Cruiser fans!
I'm Mark from the Pasadena area of Southern California. My ride is Blue Steel. I've added a Roam Rugged Case to the OEM FE roof rack (details of installation elsewhere on this site). I put Anderson connectors on the battery to make it easy to hook up to my MORRflate compressor so I can air down and up my BFG KO3's (LT285/65/R18). I just did a portion of the Mojave Road and am loving this beast of an off-road vehicle.

I hope we all have the chance to meet and share some adventures!
Anza is easily one of the most starkly beautiful places I've seen. Love it down there. Is that the new bumper that Toyota is doing?Ryan here!

Hi Nick!Hi Folks, my name is Nick I'm located down here in La Mesa area of California. Just picked up my LC this past weekend so still learning about all the features and everything its come with after spending a lot of time researching and looking at all the choices.
I do some light off-roading primarily some rugged dirt trails I've down a few light items down in Anza Borrego from time to time which typically my Tacoma is setup to do those items. I also go camping out in Palo Verde area and long road trips from time to time which is where more of my off-roading has taken place with friends out of state. So if folks ever do some trail items and want some extra company and don't mind a Tacoma tagging along I'd be down. I also enjoy the local dirt truck tails around the local area and the local mountains just to get out and see the sights from time to time. In the near future I'll take the LC out to the dirt and fun also.
Haven't had a chance to take good photos of the LC, so the obligatory picking up from the dealership picture will have to do for now .
Thanks for the warm welcome! I'll try to make it up to Rigs and Coffee, I'll see my dog (Sunny) will allow me to maybe shorten our weekend dog park trip with her friends so I can try to make it up to the location towards the middle of the scheduled time. If not I'll plan for future ones and would enjoy meeting other folks!Hi Nick!
Welcome to the family! Congratulations on your new LC!
She is a beauty! I'm looking forward to seeing some pictures of it in the wild.
Your Tacoma would be very welcome to join us off-roading. I hope you can make it to the LC 250 Rigs and Coffee gathering January 12th

Congrats on the GX 550! I imagine that it feels vastly different from the Taco? I looked at the GX550, absolutely love their color choices I'm a huge person for greens and am a little jealous that the GX and other models got the green coloring schema that I absolute love. But I really am enjoying the WCP color of the LC and I love the boxyness of it. The GX are such a neat design also and the twin v6 platform is absolutely bonkers for its power and torque my friend's wife drives the newer 1974 Tundra and its fun.Welcome Nick, Agree your LC is a beauty. I went from a 2019 Taco TRD Off-Road to a GX 550 Overtrail. Loved the Taco. I live in Del Mar and I'm always going to Borrego. Only like to do light off-roading, nothing too strenuous. Drop me a note if you would like some company on one of your excursions.
OK! I wrote it up but posted it to the mods forum,Would love to learn more about your compressor set up. I'll be mostly desert and local mountains guy, with the occasional foray into Idaho to see my brother.
