Replacement keys

Hi everyone, I’m after a replacement remote key for a 2004 j120. Has anyone bought any non dealer remotes & programed themselves to the car ( immobiliser & locking) . Original has 50171 inside which I think maybe a denso remote? Any links where to buy one would be appreciated and after something not flimsy. Thanks
