OE cross bars T-slot compatible?

Can anyone familiar with cross bars tell me, is this a “T slot”? I’m trying to figure out which mounting bracket style(s) I can use for certain things on the cross bars. These are different than the cross bars I had on my Highlander back in 2015.

Specifically, the Thule Motion 3 will work by clamping around the bars. But the Trxstle fly rod carrier I’m looking at, has “T-slot” mounts that would be much more preferred than their XL clamps, as I wouldnt have clearance to put the locks on the XL clamps. I think the T slots will work in this but I have zero experience with this style.

That should be T-slot. I put Thule bars on my gf’s rav4 and that’s the same style for the t-bar rack we put up.

Okay just got this info from Trxstle:

“The barcode sticker actually means that this is an OEM part manufactured by Yakima racks. Our T-slot mounts fit all of Yakima's aftermarket offerings so I think it's safe to assume it will work well here. “

If you really don't care about fancy...... this is an example of what's out there.

1st number is tall, 2nd is width ie.... 20X40 or they have 20X60 etc......
