2025 Land Cruiser, Jeep TJ built.

Starting to work with what is going to be a great shop.
Planning on having them install the bumper and warn winch, and a few other goodies as the urge hits.
A Nor Cal shop that works on Land Cruisers and get it.

Does that remove the crash bar, or does it fit below it? Also, any idea what it weighs?

It does look tempting.

Have you found a shop or looking for one?
I'd love to hear more about them if you've found one. I may want to use them to install lights.

According to the photos that were sent to me, it does not look like you have to remove the crash bar. According to the shipping information, this front bumper weighs ~89lbs WITH the winch.

They didnt send me any installation instructions but did send me a big list of cuts that need to be made to the front in order to accommodate. You can see that post here:

No weight, call mark he can get it.
No crash bar, or do you mean the Totoya piece?
There is a video being put together by the fellow on this website for the complete installation.
I would go there and inspect the ones they have there, i would be glad to meet you there.
Asked for the 12vdc sourcing and grounding. This is the best i have seen yet.
Not sure what the air dam going away affects, that is my only concern?????

First off, looks amazing! I don’t have that bumper but I have one very much like it in the same spot, so I’m sure it will be a very similar install, crash bar will be gone and if it’s not I would be shocked. As far as the cuts, again, I’m sure it’s very similar and the cuts are easy (if you’ve mustered up the courage to do it), but taking the front end apart to make the cuts is where it gets a little complicated, the whole front comes off in like 5 pieces or something but then those break down into another few pieces with all the wiring harnesses coming off and back on. It gets a little confusing if you’re not labeling everything and setting it out in a sensical way. But if you’ve done a bumper before, it’s not all that hard, organization is the big factor with the cruiser. As far as wiring, straightforward aside from powering off the 12v in the trunk. There’s a grommet behind the drivers side panel that I routed through and followed the frame to get there, keeping it on top and away from any heat sources (as much as possible, but used 2g welding cable so not super worried about it). Cheers!

This is incredibly helpful advice, thank you! I haven’t gotten the courage yet but only because I need enough time to tackle it. Hopefully, this weekend.

No worries man, just take your time, and seriously the best advice I can give you is to do your absolute best to have a nice large space where you can literally lay everything out as you remove it (in whatever way makes sense to you) and I recommend using some painters tape or whatever to label groups and pieces. I kind of half-assed that part and had limited space, and when it came time to reassemble it took me a few tries before I didn’t have pieces left lol. I have the ragofab bumper but it looks very similar, I’m sure there’s some subtle differences here and there, but I have to assume it will be very close to the same steps. Cutting is very straightforward, just have to work up the nerve lol. I always use a dremel with a little cutting disc, and if your bumper doesn’t come with that edge trim sh*t (I’d be shocked if it didn’t) it’s easy to find on amazon or whatever, and that will easily hide any mistakes (within reason). And don’t hesitate to reach out if things go sideways! Good luck!
