Hello Everyone,
I just got my new LC FE last week ,and I’m getting used to it. I’ve owned several 4Runners, a Tacoma, a Land Crusier Heritage Edition, and a ‘78 FJ40. I love Toyota 4WD vehicles.
While there are many things I like about the 250 LC, the robots and nanny controls are incredibly invasive (still learning how to turn as many as possible off). Also, for $80k, the amount of flimsy, unpainted black plastic is a bit disheartening. Since I live in the mountains, the 4 cyl can be really buzzy as I work it, but the overall power the LC has feels excellent.
The first fill-up averaged 20.3 mpg in mostly city driving. I’m hoping that improves some after break-in.
I couldn’t resist this photo op next to a last generation LC.
