I was on the hunt for a customizable app that I could modify to meet the LC maintenance and warranty chart but came up short so as I'm sitting here recovering from hernia surgery, I made my own. I plan to keep this in with the manuals and then use it as a checklist for dealer maintenance. This is the chart for special conditions, so more comprehensive than the standard 10k oil changes and watch everything else till it breaks. I traded a 2014 4Runner Trail Premium for my new LC and I only did the minimum maintenance. When I traded it, it was in good condition with 205,000. I paid nearly twice as much for my LC so my plan is to maintain it the best I can. Anyway, feel free to download and change as you see fit. I've attached a PDF that I made from an excel sheet.
