My LC trim with premium package has them listed in the spec (illuminated), but I’m swapping for rock rails. From all the pictures I've seen it looks like the Land Cruiser trim includes running boards - but I don't see them listed anywhere, nor do I see them available as an option. Has anybody had eyes on the mid-level trim to confirm? Thanks

My guess won't hold up to the off-road use that most people plan for LC.Just wondering why power running boards are not offered on the LC when they are standard on the Tacoma Limited and 4R limited/platinum trims. I’d prefer these than the fixed running boards. Hopefully some 3rd party will make these available to purchase.

Powered running boards are more accurately "powered steps" as they are made from thin walled extruded aluminum and would bend / crack easily with a hard impact. The factory nerf bars on my Tacoma were for looks only, I replaced them with AMP Research powered steps, which I am extremely happy with. I do not do rock crawling but do enjoy the step and the looks. My guess won't hold up to the off-road use that most people plan for LC.
Yes, running boards on the Mid-Tier "Base" trim, doesn't matter if you have a premium package or not. They come regardless. Only the 1958 & FE trims do not get running boards or have it as an option. Can anyone that has already received their Base trim with the Premium package confirm whether they came with running boards or not? It's definitely spelled out in the description of the Premium package. But, then again, so is a sunglass holder and there is not one of those apparently.
The mid level models I have seen all do.From all the pictures I've seen it looks like the Land Cruiser trim includes running boards - but I don't see them listed anywhere, nor do I see them available as an option. Has anybody had eyes on the mid-level trim to confirm? Thanks

Are those the A/T4W's? How's the road noise on them? Also, what size do you have there?

I just measurd the running boards on my LCLC. The surface measures 5.75 inches, which includes the rounded outer edge.Does someone with the LC LC Running Boards know the width of those boards? The Dissentoffroad Step Sliders are 3.5 inches wide. I can't tell if that's too thin to be really effective.
