Do these visors sit in the window channel, or do they glue to the outside? Thanks

Do these visors sit in the window channel, or do they glue to the outside? Thanks

According to the installation instructions, they have foam tape that sticks to the outside and clips that fasten under the window frame weather seal and the clips snap into the visor with a couple of pins.

$87?? Shipping for me was around $15 (to a residence in a rural county)... I just checked again, shipping went up to $22.76
Doesn't matter though, all of my orders were cancelled.
