Hi all. I purchased a 2024 Land Cruiser First Edition. I’m a bird hunter and fly fisherman and it is a great off-road vehicle. I joined the forum after doing some research about my brake problem. I have the same brake squealing problem when backing up (especially after vehicle has been parked for a bit) and braking that others have posted about. I’ve brought my car for service twice with no remedy to date. I’ll look forward to reading about others’ experiences with this otherwise wonderful vehicle. Thanks all.

Sorry to hear of your issue alanjans, but welcome to the forum! Has Toyota replaced any parts, such as the brake pads?
Good of him to do that. Lexus has already issued a TSB on this issue. We just need to be patient and wait for the mother ship to do the right thing.

Thanks all. I have a call out to the service manager hoping for an update. I’m wrapping up bird season and probably done fly fishing as well…. They can have it as long as they need it to fix it now!!! Appreciate the replies and will look forward to continuing to read posts in the forum.
