I’ve mostly had HiLuxes early on then a couple of colorados then my current 4x4 a GU patrol (ZD30) - i tow a 20ft van with it and the old girl has been great (has had head done and numerous mods)
My son got a duel cab D22 Navara and again We’ve improved it along the way however he’s been interested in a Landcruiser and I found a 75 series project car that previous owner has completed around 85% - it’s a cool looking Ute and we have maybe 4-5 solid weekends to get it completed and ready for RWC
I haven’t seen any replies to my earlier question but will check the forum out later
I use the Nissan forums and the people on there are mostly helpful with a lot of knowledge and would expect the same with the Landcruiser group
