I forgot to mention, while doing the first oil change months ago, I noticed that the piece of matting on the underside of the hood has had visitors at sometime in the past. So, I may be weird, but I want this thing replaced, before I move on to my next mod for Miss Daisy, the Redline Tuning LC Hood QuickLIFT PLUS struts.

Now, I guess I need to find those youtube videos on how to repel rodents from under the hood.. SMDH.

Yesterday Miss Daisy’s WeatherTech mats came. There are only two of us, so I only bought the front mats. I will probably add the single rear seat mat at some time. I will also probably add the rear deck cargo WeatherTech mat at some point. I just want to see better pics of the WeatherTech mat for the rear cargo area. So far, I have had not had need for the WeatherTech mats with a higher lip than what the OEM FE mats have. We’ll see. View attachment 25962View attachment 25963

You'll love them! The taller sides help keep the tiny grass particles, from your feet, from sticking to the carpet.

At least they didn’t eat your wiring harness. $16k later and I’m making space in my garage. BTW…the only thing so far that reliably works for me is keeping the hood up at night. I assume it removes both the warmth and protection from predators.

Have you had any birds or other vermin ‘set up shop’ under the hood while it’s left open?

No…not yet anyway. It’s under a light in the driveway, so probably too exposed for any creatures, other than an apex predator, to setup shop.
