I found my LC started this kinda funny fan behavior recently. I sometimes hear the fan in the back of my car (not sure whether it's for second row or hybrid fan) started to work extra hard. But the moment I turn on fan at the driver seat these fan in the back just immediately get quiet. The ambient temperature right now is constantly at 45~55 F so I wasn't sure why this did not happen back the summer. This makes me feel annoyingly curious. Does anybody have the same thing on your LC?

Have noticed the fan run even if the HVAC is "Off"

1 - Assuming you do not have the 1958, make sure the ventilated seats are off.
2 - Assuming you do not have the 1958, make sure the cool box is off.

95% of the time when I notice the fan on when I think it should be off, one of the above is to blame. I do recall a few times that I heard the fan, and attributed it to the battery cooling, but I may not have checked both 1 and 2.

Do you have the rear overhead vents closed? You may be hearing fan noises as the air is leaking through the closed vents. If you switch drivers aide vent off, it may increase noise from the back vent since flow is diverted to the back.
