Tow mode?
tow mode was off. But i toggled it on and off now and Tac shows zero at rest or coasting to stop.Do you have tow mode selected? What drive mode are you in? ECO, Normal, or Sport?
Ive tried manual calc and it was pretty darn close.I found there was a large difference between the trip computer calculation and manual calculation for MPG, I would recommend to start with the latter for a true baseline, if you haven't done so already.
Nopetow mode was off. But i toggled it on and off now and Tac shows zero at rest or coasting to stop.
But cant get it in battery only no matter how slow/easy i drive.
Does the LC drive ever in battery only for you?
Only when I creep out of the driveway or parking spot, touch the gas and engine starts.tow mode was off. But i toggled it on and off now and Tac shows zero at rest or coasting to stop.

Yes it is possible. Try reaching to 35-40 MPH, then slowly lift your feet of the gas until engine turns of. Then very slowly apply gas and it should engage electric motor. It can keep speed for a significant period of time with electric only (I was bale to travel 1.5-2 miles or so on electric only at 35 MPH on a flat road), but if you try to accelerate it will start the engine.tow mode was off. But i toggled it on and off now and Tac shows zero at rest or coasting to stop.

Yes, the "12V" in the manual must be is a typo. The 12V battery would usually be maintained at 13.5V with the car on. The 12V would be at either at float or charge voltage when the car is on. There another auxiliary gauge that does show the 12V and it is uninteresting. It should be uninteresting unless the 12V battery or 12V charge system is failing. Its a bar graph tthat is under the bar graph that shows oil temp, which also should be uninteresting unless something is failing.I think the manual is wrong. I definitely saw battery on that gauge to get nearly full with the regular battery gauge staying at 12v.
Image below after I went down a moderately steep hill at low speed.
I cannot find this setting!! Not in manual either… curious to view for camping mode. Thx.I had to enable the Max hybrid battery gauge before I could select it for an instrument view.
Is there a view that shows the hybrid battery charge rate or that it is even charging? I have the max gague on now but would love to see when the hybrid is charging and at what rate. Also, for those looking to change your cluster, this video may help:
