How do you remove the lift gate finishing molding?

I looked online for any info but it seems a little sparse, and trying to look at parts diagrams, I'm not 100% sure how to remove it. I believe the part number is 76811-60910.

Has anyone tried removing/reinstalling this yet?

I am interested as well. I have a small paint defect on this part and want to get it repainted. Looking to do the disassembly and reassembly myself. I believe it is held in with clips and then there is probably an electrical connector for the hatch button.

I don’t know how much help this is but this is a screenshot from a recent video on YouTube. At least gives some idea of what’s underneath the trim piece.

I’m wondering if everything is held on by clips from the exterior or if there are screws extending from the interior.
