How do you name your Land Cruiser

Betty, short for Betty Rubble which seemed fitting given the colors and off-road capabilities.

I already love the trail dust color. If I go that route, now I know Barney would have to be the name.

My GF suggested Elsa.. “Wasn’t that the name of the young girl on that Yellowstone prequel I asked her?”

We both decided against Elsa, due the ending of the show.

Uh oh.....you may be stepping on a Trademark. Apparently, Land ROVER applied for a trademark on the term "Landy" in 2014. However, I am a strong believer that Land CRUISERs are far superior to Land ROVERs so they can eat our Trail Dust (and Meteor Shower, and Heritage Blue, etc.).

Mine will be named BoBo. I have a two year old that loves this Australian cartoon called “Bluey”. It’s about a blue heeler family living in Australia. We are watching it all the time. They have a SUV that looks like an older boxy Land Cruiser named BoBo.

I had the charcoal gray 1988 LC (FJ62) back in the day and I called it Hippo too! Great name choice. My Heritage Blue FE is named Luna.
