Help! Doing the Solid Wood Worx LC250 60/40 drawer system sleeper build/install.

Does anyone have photos of how the sleeper hinge is installed? I can’t find anything online.

Hah,I just built mine today, and there were no instructions for this. We have the full platform, we installed the support on the back before attaching the sleeping platform. The drawer spacers are the same thickness, you can use this as a spacer guide to line up the support, then screw it in. On the hinges, go every other screw like it says on the screw bag. Dark picture below showing the platform folded and the support below.

Thank you!!!

What did you do for the drawer faces? Were yours pre drilled?

Thank you!!!

Ugh, mine did not have the holes drilled on the face, I ended up using the pocket hole slots on the backside. On the first drawer I had the angle wrong and sent the screws partially into the inside of the drawer before they went into the drawer face. Really try to have the angle as flat as possible to avoid doing that. Also, when we slid one of the drawers in I guess the slide wasn't quite aligned and it mangled the first few ball bearing carriers, had to straighten it out. Also, when bolting it in at the location where you remove the D rings from the trunk, the hardware packets came with lock washers but for the life of us we couldn't get the threads started with the lock washers and the large washer, it wasn't long enough. Doing it without the lock washer worked. I'm going to check the tightness after our trip

I can try and post some more pictures in the morning
You’re awesome. Thank you. Ours only has the pocket hole slots on one drawer so I’m hoping I can get them to send me pre drilled drawer fronts and screws so I don’t have to pre drill them myself.

All-in-all, not too bad of a build, but more photos and video from other directions would sure have been helpful!!! :)
