Hi, not sure if this is the right location for this thread. I have been talking to Victory about their roof rack accessory plate. If the attach slots were modified to work on our FE roof racks would you be interested in making a purchase. You would be able to mount Rotopax and maxtrax directly to them and other accessories like RTT.

Any interest??

Not sure about that MaxTrax approach, as every time you removed them the bolt could hit the roof; seems more difficult than it should be. As far as the Rotopax mounting, perhaps it could be useful, but what does it get you that the Rotopax plate doesn't? I get that you could mount different things, but would be curious to know price before I could even evaluate.

What I want is solutions for the side plate, which probably can't handle much more than a shovel due to how flimsy it is. I'd love to put a handle/grab on there, but Toyota's randomly variable hole spacing seems not to fit anything I've yet found.

I think we could use Maxtrax pins instead of bolts

I have doubts about a shovel.....LOL. My solution for my We-Boost antenna mount was to make a solid Alum block that fit between the inner rail and the flimsy outside rail and through bolted all three of them for a very solid mount. I plan on adding some grab handles and will make some similar alum blocks for them as well.
