Center Console Organizer Tray (for cool box edition)

Ok.... Many of us are looking for this one simple thing!
So to cut down on searching so many threads.... This one will be devoted to only finding a freaking organizer tray for the cool box edition.

For example..... This does not Fit!

The best available solution was posted in another thread.. just requires you to find someone with a 3D printer. Found someone to print me one and it fits absolutely perfect!
They only had grey in stock that was suitable for being left in a hot car, but doesn't bother me.

I would be interested in one in a dark gray color that matches the LC interior.

Is it easy to lift out to access the lower part of the cooler? Or is it tough to get fingernails around the edge to lift out?
