The best available solution was posted in another thread.. just requires you to find someone with a 3D printer. Found someone to print me one and it fits absolutely perfect!
They only had grey in stock that was suitable for being left in a hot car, but doesn't bother me.

I found the 3d file for free online and printed it. It works great and you can still fit a 16 oz can in there.

This file worked well, thanks for posting! I used PLA Metal (most suitable i had on hand), the color matches nicely. Not sure if it will hold up to the summer heat.

Just keep the PLA out of the sunlight and it should do OK.
