Are you trying out the GX OT front shocks as well?

I was thinking about it putting them on and seeing what kind of lift they would give. The 2024 GX550 OT springs are a little thicker than the 250 springs. I think the springs from the GX550 OT 2025 will be a better option though, they provide 1" lift over the 24 OT model. Are you trying out the GX OT front shocks as well?
I might as well turn this into the TRD Pro Land Cruiser now, so I'll install the upper arm, maybe find some TRD Pro wheels too.Looks great. You don’t need upper arms if the shock lengths are the same . The extra top spacer with total .6 inches of lift (2:3 motion ratio) isn’t enough to cause interference between the uca and the springs . You can try that by putting the front suspension at full droop. You most likely need to change your bump stops however as with the spacers they are no longer in play and that doesn’t include differences in shock length and travel
Trd pros don’t have bump stops ? The shocks are strong enough to take all the impact force ?I might as well turn this into the TRD Pro Land Cruiser now, so I'll install the upper arm, maybe find some TRD Pro wheels too.
As of now it will be bumping off the shock shaft bump, like the TRD Pro Taco\4runner.
I'll see if I can make a new bump bracket that will clear the adjuster.
With the OEM shock and 3/8" spacer there was still a little shock travel left at full bump, I think it will be the same with the TRD shock, but will need to verify.

Yeah, no frame mounted bumps like the LC250, LC 300, GX550, and LX600/700.Trd pros don’t have bump stops ? The shocks are strong enough to take all the impact force ?
It sucks the Tundra/sequoia ones are around $800 each and have a good offset. The 4runner ones are $220 each, but I think the 20mm offset is too much for the LC.Nice looking rig! I've been looking at TRD Pro Wheels - BBS Forged. They are sweet but also really expensive!
Yep $800 each! I found 4 on eBay for roughly $2600. I just cannot wrap my head around this but I sure like the 47.5 offset. I was told BBS makes the best wheels money can buy.It sucks the Tundra/sequoia ones are around $800 each and have a good offset. I think they are 28.7lbs each. According to this threadBy the way, those BBS Forged TRD Pro Tundra/Sequoia wheels - 34.2 lbs each. The other thing, along with price that bothers me.
Thank you. I heard 34lbs which was a turn off. But 28.7 is better. Now I really have to have these!I think they are 28.7lbs each. According to this thread
I don't think I can justify the price of the Pro wheels. I think the TRD ones might do for ~$250 each. They have a 45mm offset. PTR56-35242-F1Thank you. I heard 34lbs which was a turn off. But 28.7 is better. Now I really have to have these!
Indeed. I paid $2100 for a like new take off set from a Tundra. Tires under 1000 miles too. They sat in the garage for a few months until I wanted to go with 35s and 17” SCS F5 wheels. I recently sold the TRD Pro BBS for a profit. I kinda fell out of love with the design as well. Wanted something simpler. And let me say they were not easy or enjoyable to clean either. Just from storage dust they still were not 100% clean after two washes before I delivered them to the new owner. Black wheels are not it lol.you can get pro take off wheels for 2k brandnew with tires if you are ok with the tires. otherwise the 18 trd wheels only weigh 1lb more and look great and better offset for the LC
I'm not sure where you would be able to buy these from as it looks like you are in Kuwait. I got my parts from www.toyotapartsdeals.comAwesome build!
Would really appreciate it if you could share where you got the suspension setup from — any links or part numbers would be super helpful!
Thanks in advance
