Black Plastic Trim Replacement (Front)

I am looking for a diagram, part number or even pictures on how the black plastic trim piece is removed. More specifically, the piece where the license plate frame is mounted to. I am considering picking up an LC on a local lot and they already mounted the plate frame, which I don't like and theres a light scratch running almost the whole length of one side of this piece. It looks like it would be fairly easy to replace but can't find any information on it. Any help would be appreciated.

Front end conversion to LC or FE front end:

52411-60250 Front Bumper Lower Valance panel
52115-60901 Front Bumper End Cap (paint reqd.)
52116-60901 Front Bumper End Cap (paint read.)
53101-60P40 Grill Assy
89348-60180 Retainer for parking sensor x2
***Will need new parking sensors to match body color. Part number will depend on color code.
New sensor will require calibration with GTS Plus, failure to do so will result in loss of parking sensors and other safety sense features***

Great information. Now just curious how that one horizontal piece comes out. Assuming it would be a few small screws or plastic clips.

I found this. It looks like the horizontal piece is not seperate.
