Annoying beeping sound?

Hi everyone,
Not sure why, but every time we shut off the engine there is a 3 second (or so) high pitched sound. I tried to see if there were any "warning" lights but dont notice anything. I thought maybe it was the key sensor of some sort but negative...
Is there something I am missing? I cant be the only one dealing with this I dont think.
This newbie owner is still learning everyday..

Sounds like it may be the parking brake engaging.

I think OP is talking about the fairly-loud (with the door open) 'wind down' sound that we also hear from our RV4 Prime. Has to have something to do with the hybrid system, but haven't looked into exactly what causes it.

Yes thats the exact sound! Find it fairly annoying...

Weird, it doesn't sound to me like it's coming from the rear left wheel, it sounds like it's coming from forward of the transmission.
