The short answer is turn off the ANC (active noise cancelling). You will need an obd reader and the Carista app to do so. But that'll solve the feedback.
My saga below:
I've been fighting my aftermarket sub having terrible feed back. It happened everytime I started the car (couple loud thumps) and when I put it in reverse or drive, it would hum for 30 seconds or so. It never really did it while driving, but was annoying none the less. I tried regrounding, checked connections, added a fused connection to the sub to get rid of the crimp connectors, nada, still did it.
On the verge of giving up and some googling later, I learned it's a common issue with anc systems in cars. So, I unplugged one mic above the passenger visor. It was better, but still did it. I unplugged the drivers mic, and that did the trick, no feedback, but I had no microphone (which I honestly could have lived without) but annoying "no mic" hooked up pop ups on the dash, I could not.
I'd heard of Carista and being able to switch features, but couldn't get a solid answer if it would turn off anc, short answer is it does. I turned off ANC and have had 0 feedback since I did this and noticed no difference in road noise, so win win. I used a OBD Link MX (which I already had) which worked with the Carista app like a champ.
It sucks this is not a factory menu option, and requires spending more money. Such is life, and at least it's fixed!
