18" Wheel Options in Grey/Titanium/Gunmetal

Interesting. Method offers the 703 in Australia in an 18"option, +40 offset. Why not here? I would have gone that route.

I just emailed them and asked them the same question. Maybe if more of us email asking, then they will offer it in the US. I reached out to some retailers in Australia, but none of them will ship to the US.

I’d emailed their info contact here (info@methodracewheels.com) based on the same logic, but didn’t really expect to hear back.

It took me a while to realize that the Australian 703 18” wheel is their heavy-duty version which, if it is like the 708-hd model available in the U.S., could be 36+ lbs, making it a difficult decision. Couldn’t find the Australian wheel weight listed anywhere though.

In the meantime, I’m replacing my existing chrome lug nuts with matte black ones and trying to convince myself that the stock 1958 wheels look like titanium anyway…

It’s a tough one, and no bonus points for this option. Assuming you aren’t willing to go down to the Method 703 at 17 inches and +35 offset, and I haven’t been so far, the main choice I see is the Raceline Rogue 958T - 958T Rogue – Raceline Wheels.
Here are the Raceline Rogue 958's. 18x8.5, +35mm Offset.

I was eyeballing your pictures again this morning 😃. They look good, but I hadn’t decided on going with them yet.

Here's the official response from Method:

We currently do not have plans on releasing 18” 703HD in the U.S. market. Currently we only offer 17” for MR703 and MR 704HD wheels.

Our apologies

Thank you for reaching out to Method Race Wheel brand.

I have the 18" wheels that came on the premium package (not sure if they are different from the 1958 wheels, besides offset) and I like the color and the wheels! I would just like a little bit more offset. I'd rather have titanium over gloss black with my Trail Dust, or I would go with the 18" Tacoma TRD wheels with +45 offset.

I've never heard of a Premium pkg coming with 18" wheels, but I have a LC mid trim (base) with 18's. They are a bit different from the '58. I agree - I like the colour of the stock wheels better than black. I've ordered the JAOS Tribe Cross from Japan - a bit lighter colour even.

Took a bit of hunting through different dealer inventories to find the 18" wheels. Even on Base trims. Seems like the 20" rims were a popular upgrade option on cars sent to South Florida.

I was finally able to take some photos on a sunny day.
