    When will LC250 arrive Canada

My dealership got two Land Cruisers this week, however my order is apparently still pending fulfillment. Does anyone know what this means in the context of Toyota Canada? I don’t believe they’re tracked from the factory here, like they are in the US. Could one crop up, or am I going to be...

    When will LC250 arrive Canada

Two other possible differences: two-zone climate (no roof vents), and no padded center console lid.

    When will LC250 arrive Canada

If anyone is able to see a Canadian 1958 in person, can they confirm if there is a subwoofer in the tailgate? Still no info from my dealer in Ontario, where I had made a deposit after the launch last year.

Request: Can LC owner please post a pic of the rear diff housing?

A larger gear experiences less stress and is therefore stronger. The 8.2 is plenty strong, this is really only relevant for people who slap giant 35"+ tires on these things.

Request: Can LC owner please post a pic of the rear diff housing?

It's definitive. 8.2 diff cover is shaped differently, and matches what was in the Toyota docs and pictures of what is on the 250s.

    Hybrid Battery Failure & ICE

I don’t know, but I would have assumed it could operate with only the ICE in the case of a hybrid system failure, at least in some sort of limp mode. If I remember correctly, this happened with my family’s old Prius. Also, I would not say the battery size is smaller than that of standard...

3 kids in rear seat for short trips

My understanding is that you can get "slim" car seats, such as the Diono Radian 3R. Three of these shouldn't be a problem. Edit: I'm fairly resolved to make this work, if we ever have three kids, because we also have a big dog and a third row will probably not be feasible if we also have...

    Real World mpg

I’m sure people will be able to get the EPA 23 MPG average with reasonable driving habits. Street tires will help. Put me in the camp of folks who only considered the 250 because the quoted 27 MPG figure and are still here because they have fallen in love with everything else.

That’s good to hear. I suppose they might be rolling out all trims at the same time here, rather than prioritizing FEs.

Awesome Car and Driver LC FE Suspension Video: New

I'm wondering if the 1958 uses a smaller diameter sway bar, or if we can expect similar articulation numbers to LC trim with sway bar connected.
