The mode suggestion is really a good idea. It wouldn't surprise me if your test drive was in ECO. Did the same thing to my CanAM when I got it, put that sucker off ECO mode, didn't need it to throttle down or even out in power...not a bike. My test drive was great. I had curves, bumps...

Did you by chance have a temporary VIN before? Perhaps you have an actual one now that it's build and on the road. Perhaps that's why it disappeared?
