Read a possible explanation:
if the outside and/or cabin air temp is lower than the AC temp you set on the thermostat, the vehicle will blow hot to bring it to that temperature. Low would blow cold as the AC isn’t trying to achieve a set temperature.

Sorry, the First Edition roof rack can support 165 dynamic and 600 static. I’m not sure what the roof with OEM roof rails or without any rails (slick top) can support.

Correct, stock size with E Load (10ply) Toyo Open Country AT3s. They have a C Load (6ply) but I opted for the E Load for the thicker sidewalls on the slightly heavier tire. They did great running 18-20lbs aired down for the trail.
For anyone interested, I just ordered replacements for the engine and cabin air filters through Longo for a slight discount. Local dealer has them back ordered and quoted me $45 a piece. Longo says they’ll be here next week.

Yes, you can definitely do one of these sections as a day trip. Just start early and plan a highway route back to your starting point. For planning, most of the route speed is 10 - 20 mph.
Definitely more fun with multiple vehicles and radios but running it solo might save you from sucking in...
200 miles off road with the FE roof rack and the Inspired Overland tent - both were extremely solid and handled the jarring trails like a champ.
I took the tent off (via two cross-rails and four torx bolts) after the trail and I’ll keep the two remaining cross rails on top for ski racks etc...
