The ones worried about the LC being in its first year I believe everything will be ok. I followed a Grand Highlander page on Facebook. There hasn’t been very many problems with it. There hasn’t been anything on the GH that keeps it from driving. I think the LC will be a good vehicle.
Mine showed the VSC fault on Friday. I asked my dealer yesterday for an update. My LC is still on QC hold. I thought the VSC fault would have indicated progress.
I believe on a Hybid the engine will run till it reaches a certain temperature. There are certain parameters that must be met before engine will shut down.
I have no worries Toyota tries to make sure a good product is put out. The Highlander isn’t on the same platform as the Landcruiser so it will be a bit different. Toyota takes care of the product they release.
The trails close to me are old un maintained county roads. The trails can get difficult when wet. I wouldn’t take the new Landcruiser through them unless you want dings and dents. America got the 250 because of the price point.

Go to vehicle dashboard on the site. At the top there is a button that says schedule service. There should be a + next to that. That button should let you add a vehicle.
I was thinking I skipped that step or something. I can’t honestly remember it’s been about a month. You can try adding it on the Toyota site and see what it does.
I was checking the Toyota app and my Landcruiser has a VSC fault now. I hope that’s an indication of it going into transit. My Landcruiser has been at the port for 5 weeks.
