Can you post a side shot of your car? I'm contemplating this rack... I think it's all I need. That or the OEM rails, but I can't seem to find any of those for sale.
Southern Pines. I've already got the delete kit on the '58.
I was about to pull the trigger on a Sherpa rack, but I really only need the rails so I can pop crossbars on and off during ski season... really don't want something as permanent as a Sherpa, Victory, Westcott, etc.
See my post here: Adding/removing roof rails
I was looking into the same exact thing. I installed the Rhino Rack RTS ditch tracks on my old Tacoma and it was awesome with the Yakima quick release mounts. I'd LOVE the same thing on the LC. I bet the Landing Pad 29 or 30 might work for these if...
Here come the cheap roof rails... ngl I'm tempted.

If you ever come to the Southern Pines area - or would be willing to meet in the middle, like Uwharrie - I'd take them off your hands. Not too far away from ya.
I've hung a two-bike OneUp rack on mine. The tow hitches on these things are super solid.
Only annoying thing is having to turn off the reverse sensor alarm every time I back up.
Is this the lowest profile aftermarket rack so far? I really like the wind deflector on this one vs the Prinsu. Kinda thinking about getting the Westcott or Sherpa at this point...
For what it's worth, I'm now looking at giving the Yakima Landing Pad #29 or #30 a shot to see if the bolt holes line up the same as they do on the 4Runner or prior generation GX. I ran the Landing Pad 4 on my Tacoma with Rhino Rack ditch tracks and it was a super slick system for taking...
Victory 4x4 said this won't work with the Land Cruiser but I fail to see any difference in the GX and Land Cruiser roof lines / mounting points. Am I missing something? The short rack seems like a compelling option...
