Method now has the Westcott builds featured on their site (all using Method 703 wheels), so I would consider this confirmation that the Method 17x8.5 703 wheels are confirmed to fit with ample clearance.
At least that's my hope...since I have a set of 703s in my garage waiting for a truck to...
Can the rubber be installed directly on top of the bolt holes? Maybe that would be enough?
Any 1958 owners want to pull their rubber strip off to see what the mount holes look like?
It looks like the delta between EXP and regular stage 1 is only ~$600.
They have a stage 1 for the Tacoma listed already, and the LC probably isn't too different. Finding an LC to test on is probably challenging right now...
Agreed.
Honestly, if you’re looking to join the LC party now the mark ups really have no impact on you.
Had these few dealers been selling for MSRP the whole time those allocations would have been gone a long time ago.
Either way, unless you had a deposit in months ago you are probably...
No one wants to pay more, but just declaring the Land Cruiser sucks on a web forum isn’t going to change prices.
It’s not hard to see it’s a desirable car.
Mine has had the same green checkmark listed for the past month, so I don't think this represents the actual status.
It was also removed from smart path about 10 days ago.
Link?
The BaT auction ended at $10K over and the FE on eBay is already at ~$5K over. Outside of some variance in regional demand (which would be considered an exception and not the rule) I think it’s wishful thinking to believe sub-MSRP pricing will be widespread anytime soon.
FWIW, it was one of the more active auctions on BaT, and the buyer will end up paying ~$10K over sticker to become the second owner.
Regardless of what the seller paid, this shows there is high level of interest in the LC and demand currently outweighs supply by a large margin.
An auction for...
I'm not seeing a ton of new allocations being released. My dealer still has the same list of incoming LCs as they did a month ago, (but with a few removed - including mine - likely related to the QC stop). This doesn't seem to bode particularly well for negotiating a below MSRP deal.
Honestly...
The QC delays may be affecting the general appetite for some level of ADM.
It's one thing to pay ADM when you can drive today (or at least some firm date which isn't too far off) as you can have the new thing before everyone else. Agreeing to $10K over and then have your car sit at the port on...
Congrats!
Toyota Ft Morgan? I was on their list for awhile, and I think I was offered this one but turned it down since I really wanted Meteor Shower or Underground.
This is a lot of watchers this early into an auction.
The lease situation makes this one a little weird though, so it may not be a true representation of the current market.
Interesting. I didn't request any changes, but I wonder if one of the options is getting removed due to availability.
Both of the FEs they had were identical builds, just different colors.
Options on both are (were).
Carpet Floor Mats
Illuminated Door Sills
Quick Charging Cable Package
A few days ago my dealer had 9 LCs listed on their site. Today they have 7, my FE (along with another FE) being the two removed. I'm not sure if this is a good or bad sign.
