I understand getting these for the tacoma/4runner as those seats seem to have less vertical height. The Land Cruiser seems to have pretty good elevation at the highest adjustment, is there something else about the ergonomics that makes these beneficial?

Can you expand on how the sleeper part is resting or secured on the folded seats? The pictures make it look like all the weight is just resting on the two aluminum/silver bars that extend?
