I think the F133 supersedes the F103, the change being a larger diameter drain orifice in the valve body and ball valve.

Toyota drain plugs have been the same thread size and pitch for well over a decade now. Good old Fumoto F133n will work great.

I’ll bet your 12v battery is not performing well and will fail a load test. Toyota uses crap batteries. This is your opportunity to upgrade to an AGM style battery.
