Its my understanding that the OP copied it from a Facebook post. In my opinion there's no harm in getting other people's viewpoint (good or bad) as it helps folks who are still in the hunt waiting for their LC or thinking of actually ordering one.
I had a JBL "premium" system in a Touring Hybrid RAV4. It was terrible to put it mildly. Was hoping the LC JBL system would be better. The OEM Bose systems in my CRVs are much better.
Very very cool! I'll keep these in mind when the time comes. Let us know how they are on the road (handling, noise etc) compared to the Dunlops (which I know are a crap tire)
Well they are still not giving much details. Maybe all the QC holds are catching up with them OR demand is actually outstripping supply (for some reason) OR maybe there's issues with key parts and they are redesigning them??
Yeah would be nice to know. I have had a few weather tech cargo trays in my SUVs over the years. They fit well but are fairly thin and lightweight. The OEM mat "looks" thicker and heavier.
So is there an accurate website that publishes non ethanol gas. It used to be that 91 and above was guaranteed to be ethanol free. Not any more at least here in Canada. And some 91 such as at Costco don’t have an E10 sticker but I’m still not sure.
I was looking at the 275s too but they would be about 1.5" larger tire in diameter than the 265s. (32.5" vs 34.05"). Hopefully they would fit???...it will be awhile down the road for me to first get my LC and then switch out the tires.
I have an LC Premium on order and was looking at possible Michelin Defender LTX Platinums as an option for me when the time comes. Its a new tire from Michelin. So far good reviews. Not 3-peak snowflake though so likely does not fit your needs.
Ok, good to know....as others have chimed in on other threads, hopefully Toyota will re-calibrate some of these things to optimize the LC powertrain features.
Have your dealer check around for available FEs. The Trail Dust one I test drove last week was not sold yet. Dealer near Ottawa. A good dealer should be able to try & get one for you assuming their not all pre-sold.
How does taking it out of sport mode help? Previous RAV4 owner here and I only liked driving that vehicle in Sport mode....unfortunately had to set it every time you re-started.
Regarding body roll.,.. wonder if Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) would help this. Given New Taco Limited Hybrid has full time 4wd and AVS I was hoping that it would be offered in a higher trim LC.
I’m a Michelin guy too, but the LTX trails maybe 20k throwaways as well after reading online reviews from 2022 Tundra owners. Hope it’s not the case but we’ll know better in a year or 2.
