Looks like the Land Cruiser 'mid' trim with the optional roof rack

That seems so weird to me. The same exact rack is an option on the 'Land Cruiser' trim, right?! Am I crazy?

My impression is that the aftermarket racks are rated for more weight and also extend forward over the sunroof, so they are substantially larger.

You can bet your hind end the new TRD Pro and Trailhunter trims of the 4Runner are going to be 65 grand…

if you open the doors to the rear seats (not the hatch, the passenger doors) and look down and toward the rear of the vehicle, the vents should be visible below the cup holders, pointing forward towards the windshield

I'm betting it is sealed up pretty good other than the air vents that allow it to breathe

I don't care what gas you use but as a matter of good manners, if you don't use premium you should disclose it when selling your vehicle.

The extremely vertical windshield of the LC makes a ‘clean’ install very difficult if the dash cam is that large.

They will definitely have TPMS… they are wheel mounted, so changing tires is not an issue. Changing wheels means moving the TPMS or buying new ones.
