It will likely look fine at first, but if you're going to take it in for window tint, I suggest replacing it with a full hood PPF and maybe doing mirrors / door cups at the same time
Don't do partial hood coverage for PPF. Yes, it will protect it from most of the rock chips, but the seam between the PPF and the bare hood will be obvious, and the seam will collect extra dirt, which will show as wear on the paint when you remove the PPF.
The fabric guard is just some spray...
FYI, this can be disabled. Unplug or disable the speaker.
I did this on my Tesla Model 3 when I still had it: Isolation Kit for the PWS (Pedestrian Warning System)
Dynamat will help lower the noise floor, but I don’t think it will do much for wind noise, which you’d hear through the glass.
I would just cross my fingers for a future option to swap the glass. Maybe someone can make some aftermarket mirror housing that’s aerodynamic but I’m not going to...
I wonder if other markets use acoustic glass for the LC250. If so, you could theoretically retrofit it.
I'd be tempted to do the same for amber rear turn signals
I wonder what the noise would be like with a full-length roof rack. Most of them have wind deflectors.
I'm sure someone here will do some sound dampening/proofing on the LC at some point. You can drop the headliner and install some mass-loaded vinyl or some other insulating foam.
Yeah, a little video would be helpful to see how it converts with the sleeping area slideout. Not sure how it's supported over the 2nd row when it's folded down.
Also curious how time it would take to remove the drawer system if I needed to transport some very large items a couple times a year
Instead of the OEM ones, take a look at Westcott Design's rock sliders. A zero degree angle and their included top plates will give you a great place to step while being able to take a hit without getting bent out of shape.
I think it's good enough for determining fault in an accident, which is most of what you'd need.
If you need to be able to read a license plate number, and/or be able to record when the vehicle is off, invest in a Blackvue
You definitely should pick ceramic tint for the UV blocking. It makes a tremendous difference in the cabin for the heat rejection. I've had Xpel on most of my cars, but 3M is good too.
I would avoid metallic window tint as that can affect cell reception and the effectiveness of radar...

Long Range America seems to make the highest quality tanks. They've made units for the other Land Cruisers and various other Toyotas. Nothing available yet for the current LC but I'm sure they'll have something soon.
They'll either do a replacement tank with...
What's the size / thread pitch of the drain plug?
I'd want to get a magnetic drain plug. I've had them on my other cars and motorcycles. Usually little to no metal accumulates, but it certainly doesn't hurt to have a tiny bit of extra "filtering".
Can anyone confirm if the steering wheel for the LC has capacitive sensors when adaptive cruise control is used?
Both the Tundra and Sequoia have capacitive steering wheels, so you can gently rest your hand on the wheel rather than torquing it intermittently, which becomes a nuisance on longer...
