It all depends on when the vehicle was ordered and how far along the process you put the deposit on it. Mine was built in May and I should be getting it this week? Its a couple month process
Good question if your going up in size on stock tires. For example I am going to 275/70/18 and the stock is 265/70/18. Should I leave the spare the original stock size or buy 5 tires?
I had to use goof off on my entire hood of my truck to get overspray stain that had dried hard on it. It didn't affect the paint. But agreed I would rather use the rubber wheel.
Sorry to hear. I too had similar thing but with Ford. They ended up replacing my entire ecoboost engine twice in less then 40k miles (first time at 15k). Both times they had the truck for over a month. Gave me a crappy little two door compact loaner. Not fun.
My FE landed as well on 6/29 at the port. It went through processing 7/8 (maybe), supposed to be delivered to dealer between 7/2-7/19. I am hoping this weekend but next week for sure according to their schedule. It was a May build so hopefully after the QC hold. Next week I will know for sure.
Same. I have always bought left over previous year models that have been around awhile and the new year is already out. My current truck was found a state away and they drove it to me and put on like 350 miles. It was covid time. I was ok with that.
exactly. Same powertrain yet different numbers. If Ford can figure it out with twin turbos back in 2009 to run on 87. I am surprised Toyota can't do it with single turbo in 2024.
Well Landcruiser was originally a go anywhere in any country vehicle and used in remote places that don't have 91 octane fuel. Some barely have 87 or its watered down so to speak. This 250 doesn't meet those standards.
My plan is to do the break in period with the 91 and then make the decision then on going to 87 or not. I had a Ford ecoboost twin turbo truck and I never used 91 in it and Ford does not recommend it unless your towing a heavy load.
Its between the Toyo AT3 and the Falken Wildpeak AT4. I have Toyo on my current landcruiser for 2 years and really like them with excellent traction in rain and snow. I have never tried the Falken yet. I also have KO2 on my Ram truck for 3 years so I am familiar with those too. Toyo beats...
depends on the color. If I got heritage blue it would have to be square heaadlights which is what I was originally going for. But I decided on trail dust so had to be round headlights
Originally I wanted heritage blue mid trim square headlights. But then I debated and decided I can live longer with the trail dust color and not get tired of it. I only like the trail dust in the round headlights so I grabbed an FE that came available. My judgements are purely from photos as...
even my 93 Defender 110 is constantly in the shop several times a year. It has the diesel engine even. My 88 FJ Toyota is rarely in the shop maybe every 4 years on average? Both driven about the same as I share the defender with my brother. The shop costs and parts are usually more expensive...
