Ha ha, I found it. You press the right arrow one more time to bring up another menu where you select what widgets you want displayed as options (redundant if you ask me). Many option were deselected and I selected them. Now I have MAX.

You need to go into the menu settings, click the car icon and clear data. Mine had data from before I took delivery. Not sure it will matter but worth a shot!

I have to go into my car Bluetooth settings to enable CarPlay every time I use the car. This is mildly annoying. Can it not remember this setting and auto connect Apple CarPlay?
